Outlook Editor: Language Translations

Overview: 

Work is currently underway to support multiple languages in the new version 6 of Outlook Editor. Current language support is for Spanish

Even if a translation service is used, please include Marlin in all communications to ensure proper support from the program.

How to :
1. Edit Locations and Outlook. From the Preview Outlook page download the "Text for Trans Publish the English version of your outlook as usual.

2. Send the "Text for Translation" file to your translator and continue your usual work until you receive the translation text back.

To better support Air Resource Advisors using a translation service for their published Outlooks, Outlook Editor generates a "Text for Translation" text file when an Outlook is previewed before publishing. 

This text file contains all the editable text within the Outlook and associated Location Forecasts needing to be translated. An ARA can download this single text file and send it to the translation service.
