The collections home page is where you start when creating your outlook. If you are on a new incident, you can start by creating a new collection. If you are a replacement ARA, you can copy the collection that was created by the previous ARA in order to continue the same outlook.
New Incident ARAs: Create a new Collection by clicking the orange "New Collection" button, see page "Creating & Editing Collections" for next steps
Replacement ARAs: Find the Collection name the previous ARA was using and click "Add to Mine" to add it to your list of Active Collections
