The New Collections page is where you name your collection (geographical name ONLY, no fires), select your locations you want to forecast for, and include an fire names that this outlook might be referencing (can be more than just fires in assigned incident if necessary)
New Incident ARAs: Create a new Collection by clicking the orange "New Collection" button, see page "Creating & Editing Collections" for next steps
The Edit Collections page is much the same as New Collections page, however you will not see the "Fires" and "Collection Name" fields. If you need to change the fires field, that can be done while editing your outlook, the Collection Name cannot be changed. A new collection must be created if you want to change the geographical name
